# TeamToast
SaaS products
An employee-recognition platform for appreciation, feedback, awards and team rituals inside the communication tools people already use every day.
## The problem worth solving
Recognition programmes lose meaning when they live in an HR portal that people visit only when prompted. Appreciation, feedback and team rituals work better when participation is immediate, visible and connected to the conversations where work happens.
## What I built
TeamToast brings peer recognition, awards, feedback, surveys and recurring rituals into Slack, Microsoft Teams and Google Chat. Employees can participate without learning another daily destination, while organizations retain a consistent programme across channels.
The web product adds administration, analytics, badges, streaks, leaderboards, gifts and a public or access-controlled recognition wall with a presentation mode. Together, the chat and web surfaces support both everyday participation and programme stewardship.
## What the product does
- Peer recognition and awards delivered inside Slack, Microsoft Teams and Google Chat.
- Named or anonymous threaded feedback, surveys and recurring team rituals.
- Badges, streaks, leaderboards and gifts that make participation visible over time.
- Administrative analytics and a configurable recognition wall with presentation mode.
## Why the design matters
TeamToast treats distribution as part of the product. By meeting teams in the tools they already inhabit and reserving the web application for deeper management, it reduces participation friction without reducing recognition to a notification feed.
