Independent products I have taken from a real problem to a working system—across databases, AI agents, developer infrastructure, native applications and SaaS.

## From foundations to finished products

These are products I created and continue to maintain outside my employer roles. They are not client work or portfolio concepts: each one exists as working software with a public product, source repository or both.

Together, they show how I work across the full product surface—from identifying the problem and shaping the interaction model to choosing the architecture, writing the implementation and operating what ships.

The range is deliberate. Deep systems work informs better application products; building finished products keeps infrastructure grounded in the experience it must enable.

## Product judgment with engineering depth

The technologies vary, but the method stays consistent: start with a problem worth solving, make the product boundary clear, reduce avoidable complexity and remain close enough to the implementation to know whether the experience is real.
