## From engineer to technology and product executive

He began as a software engineer in Romania, joined early-stage technology companies in London and built engineering organizations before moving into group-wide digital leadership. Since 2022, he has held Chief Technology & Product Officer roles across automotive marketplaces and e-commerce.

At Mumzworld, he leads software engineering, product, design, data, BI, content and information security. He is building an AI-native operating model in which work is stated plainly, decomposed for parallel execution and delivered by governed agent teams with human review and accountability.

His platform work spans conversational commerce, a zero-downtime strangler migration from an eleven-year Magento estate, and the pricing, payments, marketplace, logistics and data capabilities behind a multi-market consumer business.

Before Mumzworld, he created Carnab at SellAnyCar; led group-wide engineering, digital platforms and information security at AW Rostamani Group; rebuilt Shukran as Landmark Group's digital identity and loyalty platform; and built the engineering function at Potentialife in London.
